Pairtu is building the AI operating system for care navigation—a business-in-a-box platform for patient advocates that blends high-touch human support with tech-enabled workflows. The market is massive ($60B+), the need is urgent, and we have personal stakes in solving it.
We've raised VC funding, have healthcare traction, and now need a lead engineer who codes at a senior level, thrives in ambiguity, and can ship product end-to-end. You'll work directly with a CTO who ships code alongside the team. This is not a "manage a dev team" role today—this is building and shipping the platform yourself while the paint is still wet, with a path to building and leading engineering as we scale.
You'll use modern AI tools (Cursor, Claude, Copilot) to move faster as a product builder.
